Our Shelves are made using a combination of softwood, poplar and sheet material; either plywood or mdf. They can be supplied unfinished, painted, or with a real wood veneer.
The painted finishes can be done in a range of different colours using oil based eggshell paint including farrow and ball ranges and dulux ranges (click to see their websites)
We use real wood veneers for our wood finishes, (optionally) varnished with danish oil for a natural finish. (photos for guidance only samples marked * will go darker with varnish/oil):
